However, some argue online courses, especially project management and other leadership courses, fail to prepare students. The topic of management is not easy to teach because experience is often times the best educator. People frequently feel that if students are being educated online they are not getting the most suitable experience required to become successful leaders and managers.
Online management courses embody many topics which include ethics, project planning, leadership, and business strategies and procedures. With the increasing use of the Internet, more and more academic programs will be available online and eventually most businesses will be online as well. Many organizations will make use of the virtual meeting room and few co-workers will ever speak face-to-face but rather through e-mail. As our society grows to be more technologically advanced, online management will become more viable and online management courses will become more accepted.
